НЕЙРОПАТИЧЕСКАЯ БОЛЬ ПРИ ОСТЕОАРТРОЗЕ
Аннотация
Боль является наиболее частой жалобой пациентов с остеоартрозом. Применение в качестве анальгетиков НПВС не всегда помогает купировать болевой синдром при данном заболевании, что заставляет задумываться о существовании дополнительных механизмов боли, помимо ноцицептивного. Данная статья рассматривает болевой синдром при остеоартрозе как полиэтиологический, включающий в себя нейропатический компонент, что вносит соответствующие коррективы в его терапию.
